I started mountain biking less than one year ago. I lost 50 lbs and decided to ride the 48 mile Hard Rock in the Ore to Shore.
It was an awsome experience. I can’t wait for next year.

Ishpeming Native Wins 11th at Ore to Shore
Marquette was filled with mountain bikes on Friday, as out-of-town riders took in the sights, before the 2011 Ore to Shore Mountain Bike Epic.
With a new 10 mile race, and course change to the 48 mile Hard Rock event, participating and spectating promise to be fun and exciting this year.
Women Shifting Gears
Their smiles say it all. They’re a group of women who love to mountain bike, while hanging out with the girls.
“It’s a fabuous group of women that are welcoming and supportive. There are a ton of great teachers to teach how to be a better rider”, said rider, Michelle Carne.
