Great Race

I started mountain biking less than one year ago. I lost 50 lbs and decided to ride the 48 mile Hard Rock in the Ore to Shore.

 It was an awsome experience. I can’t wait for next year.

thumb Ishpeming Native Wins 11th at Ore to Shore

It’s one of the highest Ore to Shore, Hard Rock finishes for any Upper Peninsula rider. Ishpeming native, Tyler Gauthier, although short of his top ten goal in the 48 mile Hard Rock race, was pleased with his 11th place finish on Saturday.
“My goal was to be in the top ten, knowing I’d be with some of the best riders in the midwest”, he said. “And I was right there”.

Ore to Shore Draws Thousands to Marquette

Marquette was filled with mountain bikes on Friday, as out-of-town riders took in the sights, before the 2011 Ore to Shore Mountain Bike Epic.

With a new 10 mile race, and course change to the 48 mile Hard Rock event, participating and spectating promise to be fun and exciting this year.
